CODAPRINT

CODAPRINT

Reliable continuous printer from Foenix Coding for high and low speed marking on metal, plastic, glass, cardboard. A simple contact coder for repeatedly printing your product at high speed using sealed ink cans that dry quickly.

Description

Applications

Codaprint is used to apply identification marks, use by dates, recycling logos, customer product names etc... to continuously moving or indexing material and where repeat printing is required. Some typical applications are in extruded film, bag printing, steel sheet, plastic window extrusion, shrink wrap films, cardboard core windings, drywall, edge board, cardboard, mirror backs and paper.

Simple installation

Codaprint is easily placed in a fixed line along the material to be marked. The vertical adjustment on the unit provides print on/off positions. The printer is driven by the friction contact between the rubber tires on the press drum and the material.

Inks

Ink cartridges are available in a range of ink types and colours to suit most surfaces. We can advise on the most suitable range for your product.

Printing option

The standard Codaprint type drum is fitted with metal locking rings for use with interchangeable rubber type Baselock. Baselock is available in many character styles and custom logos for quick change of print.

Carrying cases

The Codaprint ink pot head should be supplied with a complete set of transfer pads each time a new ink pot is used.

  • TPS030: For minimum ink flow.
  • TPS060: For maximum ink flow.

Manual

The Codaprint hand roller is intended for manual printing on all surfaces with the same range of fast drying inks.

A unique printer for continuous printing on metal, plastic or porous materials such as steel sheets, extruded film, plastic tubes and cardboard core windings.
  • Ink cartridge
Our standard ink cartridges are suitable for metal, glass, plastic and porous surfaces and other materials. Some applications require a special ink.
  • Low cost printer
The simplest low-cost printer for applying repetitive identification marks, date use, recycling logos or customer product names to constantly moving material.
  • High-speed printing
The printer can operate at a very low speed but can print up to 100 meters per minute.
