The new battery-powered sewing machine model FPGK-350 BB is lightweight and easy to use and is the best solution when you need to sew bags and nets in places where 220 volt electricity is not available or where you want more freedom of movement.
The robust drag mechanism allows you to easily sew jute, paper, fabric, plastic bags, net bags and anti-hail and anti-harvesting nets.
In general, it is suitable for closing bags of any material thanks to the automatic dragging.
For specific processes, we recommend that you send us a sample of the product so that we can test the machine under real-life conditions.
The maximum pass thickness for sewing is 10 mm and the thread tension can be easily adjusted with the use of a button. It is recommended to sew material with a low density to avoid needle breakage.
This built-in battery version is much more practical and easy to use than the backpack battery version, as it is lighter and the battery can be replaced much more easily.
The battery is 36V at 2.6 Ah and recharges in about 5-6 hours, the battery charger is supplied and operates at 220V at 50Hz.
The front of the sewing machine is made of metal and is thus protected from accidental drops or damage.

Operation of the FPGK-350 BB battery sewing machine
The operator, holding the sewing machine, must insert the bag flaps into the drive system and hold down the button.
The sewing machine draws the bag and automatically performs the chain stitching.
The operator just has to make sure to keep the seam aligned with the bag.
The distance between one point and the other is fixed.
If the thread is too "pulled" or too "loose", the tension can be adjusted by using the brake.
At the end of the stitching, the operator must release the button and tilt the sewing machine slightly by passing the thread through the special side slot of the sewing machine. By pressing the button again, an automatic cutter will make the cut.

Each bobbin can sew approximately 300 metres of bags.
By equipping the machine with the FP MP wire adapter (optional) it is possible to use the special cylindrical wire for the FP MP series.
Spare needles (optional)
When you buy the sewing machine, we recommend that you also buy a box of replacement needles because, especially if it is your first time using it or you are sewing products that are difficult to sew, they may break. Their price is very low so you can avoid a repeat order and shipping costs.
Balancer (optional)
The weight of this sewing machine is limited and can be used without a balancer.
However, the balancer allows you to keep the sewing machine always hanging at the same height without any special effort. This also speeds up the sewing operation.
