The ILPRA FoodPack RotoBasic is a semi-automatic tray processing system and an introductory model of the ILPRA series. It is designed to be extremely compact and user-friendly, making modified atmosphere, vacuum and simple sealing packaging affordable.

Description

FoodPack RotoBasic combines the compact and easy-to-use features of FoodPack Basic with the added efficiency of a rotary table. This table allows packaged trays to be loaded and unloaded at one station while sealing and cutting operations are performed at another, significantly increasing production efficiency. The machine supports various packaging applications, including sealing, MAP/ATP and vacuum applications. Its design is tailored for small-scale producers who need a reliable, efficient and space-efficient packaging solution.

This model is particularly effective for small production runs and is suitable for packaging a variety of foods such as pasta, meat, fish and ready meals. The RotoBasic version features a rotary table, enhancing the efficiency of the packaging process.
